SPRAYGROUND® offers a 30-day return window for all unused, unworn merchandise in its original packaging with all hangtags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original SPRAYGROUND® packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
